The workplace of 2026 is evolving faster than ever. Managers must adopt new strategies to effectively lead diverse teams, leverage technology, and drive organizational success. This course explores five essential “must-dos” that managers need to thrive in the future of work. Through case studies, discussions, and practical exercises, participants will leave with actionable strategies they can immediately apply.
