This 2 day training event will allow participants to explore the leadership skills not talked about in other leadership trainings. The most challenging leadership moments often come from subtle behaviors, not formal policies.
In this training, YOU will learn how to:
- Recognize how small, everyday actions shape team morale and workplace culture
- Identify early signs of unhealthy communication before issues escalate
- Spot common communication and reasoning traps that hinder collaboration
- Respond to challenging behaviors with professionalism and confidence
