Burnout is an all-too-common phenomenon that affects professionals across various industries. Breaking Free from Burnout: A Professional's Reset is a transformative six-week series designed to help you regain balance, reignite your passion, and reset your professional life.
This course provides practical tools and strategies to manage stress, enhance well-being and foster resilience. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or simply in need of a fresh perspective, this series offers a comprehensive approach to revitalizing your career and personal life.
Course Delivery: Class will meet on Wednesdays from 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM,
June 10, 17, 24 and July 8, 15, 22, on the UWG Carrollton Campus.
A Certificate of Completion will be awarded upon successful series completion.
Course Modules:
• Setting Healthy Boundaries: Participants will learn how to recognize boundary gaps, communicate limits clearly and professionally, and develop healthier work patterns that support both effectiveness and well-being. This workshop offers practical tools professionals can use to protect their time, energy, and capacity without feeling guilty for setting limits. - Sharon Grant
• Staying Steady Under Stress: Managing Emotions and Communication at Work: This course provides practical tools to help professionals stay grounded, respond instead of react, and communicate more clearly under stress. Participants will leave with greater awareness of their stress signals and strategies to manage workplace conversationswith more calm, clarity, and intention. - Sharon Grant
• Mindset Matters: What Are You Thinking? TLearn how to relax and refocus with a new mindset that allows you to take control of your life. This transforming two-hour session guides you through how to shift your Mindset from "I can't" to Watch Me." Communicate more effectively, deelop a growth minset, embrace challenges, and make a setback a set up for success. - Jamie Brown
