Drivers Education Classroom – 30-Hour Hybrid Course

This hybrid course meets Joshua’s Law requirements but does not include behind-the-wheel instruction. Parents must attest to the required drive time.

Course Format:

Students will complete 30 hours of instruction through a combination of in-person and online learning. The in-person portion consists of three class sessions, while the online component includes reading assignments, discussion questions, videos, and quizzes. Successful completion of all coursework is required to receive a DDS Certificate.

Class Schedule:

April 4th (Friday): 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM

April 5th (Saturday): 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

April 6th (Sunday): 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Plus, additional online assignments and readings

Assessment & Grading:

Students will be evaluated based on reading assignments, discussion questions, quizzes, and a public service announcement activity. All coursework will be graded and monitored by the instructor.
