An Administrative Professional is a unique position that requires a variety of skills. Join us for a transformative face-to-face instructor-led 6-week course series to learn what it takes to effectively manage a schedule, discover your personal strengths, provide excellent customer service, and develop effective habits.
Course Delivery:Class will meet on Tuesdays from 8:30-10:30 AM, August 12 through September 16, 2025, on the UWG Carrollton Campus. A Certificate of Completion will be awarded upon successful series completion.

Week 1: Effective Calendaring and Time Management for Multiple Responsibilities with Ali Aust
Week 2: Business Communication in Customer Service with Dr. Richard LaFleur
Week 3: Discover Your Personal Strengths
Week 4: How to Handle Difficult Members & Tough Situations- Dr. Deborah Johnson-Blake
Week 5: Effective Delegation with Phil Trickey
Week 6: Thriving Under Pressure: Stress Management Strategies for Success with Chellie Phillips
