Bob Reeves Dr. Bob Reeves received his BA, MS, and Ed.D from the University of Alabama. He began his career in education by teaching elementary school students in Tusacaloosa, Alabama and DeKalb County, Georgia. He came to West Georgia College as Director of Intramurals and during his 27 years at the institution, he was interim chair of the Health, Physical Education and Recreation (HPER) department where he taught a wide variety of courses in tests and measurements, elementary physical education, and dance. He also coached the men and women's tennis teams for 7 years and was the faculty advisor to the PE Majors and Judo Clubs. The Student Activities Department awarded him the Distinguished Professor of the Year Award. Since his retirement in 1995 as Associate Professor of HPER, Emeritus, he works as a personal trainer at Club Fitness, instructs ballroom dance through the Continuing Education Department, and serves as advisor to the Circle K Club on campus.
