Join us for the Innovative Leadership Series, an intensive five-week program designed for aspiring leaders who wish to drive change and inspire others. This course provides participants with the tools and skills needed to become effective leaders in various settings, whether in business, non-profit, or community organizations. Participants will discover the keys to innovative leadership through engaging weekly modules.

Course Delivery: Class will meet on Tuesdays from 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM, March 10, 2026 through April 7, 2026, on the UWG Newnan Campus Room 154.

A Certificate of Completion will be awarded upon successful series completion.

Course Modules:
• Work-Family Life Harmony as Leaders: Through a blend of theoretical insights and practical strategies, participants will explore ways to enhance their quality of life while maintaining productivity and fulfilling family roles- Angela Reid

• 7 Habits of Highly Effective People: Participants will explore timely, practical, and holistic strategies for solving personal and professional problems- Dr. Brad Prince

• Authentic Leadership: Be Intentional About Communicating Your Values: People trust authentic leaders, those who are true to their core values, and that trust motivates teams to execute successfully even when faced with challenging circumstances- Dr. Deborah Johnson-Blake

• Delivering Constructive Criticism: Constructive Criticism if done correctly will provide great benefits to your organization. It provides the ability for management to nullify problematic behaviors and develop well-rounded and productive employees- Dr. Richard LaFleur

• Manager's Guide to Supervising & Leading a Team: This presentation will help leaders communicate clearly, set realistic expectations, and provide constructive feedback to build an effective team and guide them towards shared goals and objectives- Chellie Phillips
