This is the 75HR Prelicense class required to become a Georgia licensed Real Estate Agent. The class will meet on Monday and Wednesday from 10am to 2pm.

Course Description

High intensity and deep discussion to enhance your reading of principles and basics of real estate. In order to sit for the Georgia state salesperson real estate exam one must complete 75 hours of instruction in a Pre-License course. Midterm and final exams must both meet the 75% minimum. Final qualifying score for the complete class to include activites, class assignments, class tests , take home tests and exams must reach minimum of 75% for the class. Topics to be covered but not limited to include: Nature of real property, Ownership, title issues and transfers, leases, contracts, finance solutions, Georgia License Law and a myriads of mathematical solutions. Tuition includes: textbook, workbook, handouts, bag, calculator . All learners received a valid certificate from instructor and school upon successful completion of course.

Text books will be provided as well as handouts.

LILLIE WILLIAMS designed and developed New Pathways Consultants, LLC as a school which will provide quality training and education with excellent resources in real estate and leadership training. She holds a Bachelor Degree in Chemistry, Masters of Education in Secondary Science and the Specialist Degree in Leadership and Superivision. Pursuing her Doctorate of Higher Education: Adult learning. Lillie boasts of 33 years of experience in real estate with over 600 + hours of training and education by some of the top instructors of Georgia and Hawaii. Has served as sales associate, associate broker, managing broker, owner/broker of her own real estate firm, qualifying broker. Now as a licensed instructor for real estate. She is a dynamic public speaker, a professional instructor and mentor and enjoys what she does. Putting the together her passion for teaching and her love of real estate, prepare yourself for a phenonmenal journey!

All classes will be held at the Murphy building located on the UWG campus.
