Intro to Social Media Marketing Certificate Program is a 8-week professional program offered completely online. The program's goal is to enhance the skills of current and aspiring social media practitioners to become proficient in a variety of social media platforms to enable them to develop innovative and effective messages. While many of the program's activities are geared towards higher education and non-profits, it is also quite suitable for those in a small business and/or corporate environments.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY: (Refund deadline is: January 5, 2018) A full refund will be given if a program is cancelled. A refund less a $50.00 administrative fee will be issued upon notification by telephone (678-839-6611), FAX (678-839-2257), in person, or e-mail conted@westga.edu on or before refund deadline. Transfer requests will be granted at the discretion of the Certificate Program Administrator. No refund or transfer will be issued after the course begins without special permission from the Certificate Program Administrator. Failing to notify UWG Continuing Education using the guidelines listed above, the University will retain all program fees.
